How it works
Choose and pay
Pay securely by card. In the notes at checkout, tell us who it's for and a message for the card.
We post it
A heavy card in a sealed envelope with an old brass key, posted first class, plus a copy by email the same day.
They book
They send a booking request with the voucher number. It's valid for two years, for rooms, dinner and the spa.
Questions about vouchers
Can I choose another amount?
Yes: call us and we'll make a voucher for any amount from £25.
What if it runs out before it's used?
Vouchers are valid for two years. Ask us if it's run out: we'll usually extend it.
