Booking and Cancellation

These terms are demo content for the fictional Marram House. Replace them with your own.
Making a booking
Send a booking request from the site, call us or write to us. We reply within a day with the price for your dates. Your room is held for 48 hours; it’s booked once you pay the deposit.
The deposit
The deposit is £100 a room. It is taken off your bill when you leave. Gift vouchers can pay for the deposit and the rest of your stay.
Cancelling
Cancel up to 14 days before you arrive and we refund the deposit in full. Closer to the date we refund it if we can let the room to someone else. If the coast road is closed by the weather, we move your stay to new dates at no cost.
Arriving and leaving
Rooms are ready from 15:00 and we ask you to leave them by 11:00. You’re welcome to stay on in the garden, the bar or on the beach for the rest of the day.
Dogs
Up to two dogs in the Garden Rooms and the Boathouse, £20 a night each. They’re welcome in the bar and the garden, not in the restaurant.
Gift vouchers
Vouchers are valid for two years from the day you buy them and can be used for rooms, dinner and the spa. They can’t be exchanged for cash.
