Before you come
The things people ask us most. Anything else, call the desk: someone is there from half past seven until ten.
Booking
How do I book?
Send a booking request with your dates, or call. We reply within a day with the rooms that are free and the price, and the room is yours once the deposit is paid.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel up to 14 days before and we refund the deposit in full. If the road is closed by the weather, we move your stay at no cost.
Do you have a minimum stay?
Two nights at weekends from May to September. Otherwise one night is fine.
Staying
When can we check in and out?
Rooms are ready from 3 pm, and we ask you to leave them by 11 am. Stay on in the garden or on the beach for the rest of the day.
Can we bring the dog?
Yes, up to two, in the Garden Rooms and the Boathouse, for £20 a night each. Dogs are welcome in the bar and the garden.
Is it suitable for children?
Very. The Harbour Loft and the Boathouse are made for families, under fours stay free, and the rock pools are below the house.
The sea
Is it safe to swim in the cove?
In calm weather, yes, for confident swimmers. There's no lifeguard: check the tide table by the desk, and swim with Jory on Saturdays if you're new to the sea.
Do we need to bring towels?
No. Every room has robes, swim towels and a dry bag, and there are wetsuits to borrow.
